This easy-to-make smoothie is made up of some of the best immune-system boosting ingredients. Here are some of the benefits that each has to offer:
- Strawberries – packed with vitamin C and antioxidants
- Honey – anti-inflammatory
- Mint leaves – helps clear up nasal congestion and aids in headaches
- Ginger – anti-viral and anti-bacterial
- Coconut water – helps hydrate and relieves nausea
- Cayenne pepper – alleviates pain

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- A handful of mint leaves
- Half a thumb size of ginger (grated)
- 8 ounces of coconut water
- A dash of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Dump all ingredients into your blender.
- Blend for 45-60 seconds or until frozen strawberries and mint leaves are thoroughly blended.
