Ingredients
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes – 1/2 cup
- Banana – 1
- Green grapes – 1 cup
- Navel orange – 1 (peeled)
- Spinach – 2 cups
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender in the order listed and place lid on the container
- Turn blender on and increase speed to high
