Green Smoothie

This quick and easy recipe is a great way to start your day off right. With fresh fruit and two full cups of spinach, you’ll get three servings of fruit and vegetables into your diet.


Green Smoothie
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Ice cubes – 1/2 cup
  • Banana – 1
  • Green grapes – 1 cup
  • Navel orange – 1 (peeled)
  • Spinach – 2 cups


  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender in the order listed and place lid on the container
  2. Turn blender on and increase speed to high
  3. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and mixture is smooth, approximately 1-3 minutes
